In 2023:
Health promoters attended 60,000 patient visits in their own homes at night and on weekends when our clinic is closed. Patients got their blood pressure and blood sugar checked, they got wounds cleaned and bandaged…

…and they also got medicine – without medicine, kids’ fevers don’t go down at night, pain doesn’t go away, coughs don’t stop, and asthma attacks don’t end…you can help!

But with economic inflation and sanctions against Nicaragua, the cost of medicine keeps going up - our single largest cost at the clinic is medicine -
